I've been using the Thermal Spring Water, the Redness relief soothing cream and the Dermo Cleansing Fluid for a few weeks now and I must say that my skin is pretty darn happy. My Rosacea induced redness is minimal. Love that the products improve vein health. That's huge when it comes to Rosacea issues.
